Yes, we deliver to most of metro Melbourne. Delivery availability and fees are calculated automatically in the Order Request Form based on your address. Once your order is confirmed by text, the delivery fee is paid via PayID to secure your delivery slot.

Yes, free pickup is available by appointment from our workshop in Blackburn South (3130). We’ll text you to confirm your order and arrange a pickup date and time. Please check the stacked dimensions beforehand to ensure the bed base will fit in your vehicle.

We deliver our furniture package-free. Because we manage our own deliveries, we can ensure your furniture is handled with care without the need for single-use materials. This helps us keep our footprint small and your home free of extra waste.

Yes, all our bed bases come with a 1-year structural warranty. If a structural issue occurs within 12 months, we’ll repair or replace the affected part. The item must be brought to our workshop in Blackburn South (3130). We do not offer pickup or on-site repair services.

Our bases are built to standard Australian dimensions and are compatible with futon, foam, spring, and hybrid mattresses.  Please note that our design is not recommended for all-latex mattresses, as these often have very specific manufacturer requirements for support. If you have an international or non-standard mattress, please check our product measurements carefully to ensure a proper fit, as we do not offer custom sizing.

Both models fit standard Australian mattress sizes, with distinct frame profiles:Shiro (Low-profile): Built 2–3 cm narrower than the mattress. This slight overhang keeps the timber slats tucked underneath the mattress, creating a clean finish while reducing the chance of bumping your legs against the slat ends.Midori (Framed look): Built slightly wider than the mattress, allowing it to sit neatly inset within the exposed timber edges.
