Yes — we offer delivery across metro Melbourne for an additional fee. As a small workshop, we personally coordinate deliveries around our making schedule. Delivery availability and fees are confirmed after you submit an Order Request Form.

Absolutely. Pickups are available by appointment from our private workshop in Blackburn South (3130). We’ll share the full address and coordinate a time with you once your order is ready. If you’re planning to pick up, we recommend checking the stacked dimensions to ensure the bed base will fit in your vehicle.

We keep our process transparent and trust-based: No full payment in advance: For most designs, we don’t require payment until you receive your furniture. Deposits: A small deposit is only required for specific designs; we will let you know if this applies. Delivery Fees: If delivery is required, we ask that the delivery fee be paid in advance to secure your booking.

We deliver our furniture package-free. Because we manage our own deliveries, we can ensure your furniture is handled with care without the need for single-use materials. This helps us keep our footprint small and your home free of extra waste.

Our bases are built to standard Australian dimensions and are compatible with futon, foam, spring, and hybrid mattresses.  Please note that our design is not recommended for all-latex mattresses, as these often have very specific manufacturer requirements for support. If you have an international or non-standard mattress, please check our product measurements carefully to ensure a proper fit, as we do not offer custom sizing.

Yes - extraordinarily so. Our design uses traditional-inspired joinery, meaning no screws and no tools are required. It slots together in under a minute and is just as easy to disassemble for moving or storage.
